Zoom allows you to grant scheduling privileges to other users so they can schedule meetings for you.

Scheduling privilege is designed so:

  • You can assign a user or multiple users with a Swarthmore ID to schedule meetings on your behalf.
  • You can also schedule meetings on behalf of a user (or multiple users) that has assigned you scheduling privilege.
  • Users with scheduling privilege on your account will be able to manage and act as an Alternative Host for all meetings.

ℹ️ Info

Note: Both you and the assigned scheduler must have a Licensed user account. If you need a Licensed account setup please contact Classroom and Conferencing Technologies at support@swarthmore.edu
