Description
Explain Everything Whiteboard is a subscription-based digital whiteboard app that can be used to record a presentation or collaborate on a shared project. Explain Everything Whiteboard has collaboration features as well as a cloud storage feature called Explain Drive. You can access your Explain Everything Drive account via drive.explaineverything.com. Log in via Google using your Swarthmore email address.
EDU Paid Subscription Access
Licenses for the paid version of Explain Everything are provided by ITS under our subscription and can be installed on College-owned devices. To request access, please contact ITS at support@swarthmore.edu.

Installation Instructions
iPad
You can find Explain Everything Whiteboard app listed in the Jamf Self Service app on your College-owned iPad. Instructions for installing iPad apps from Jamf Self-Service can be found using the link below.
Once you've installed Explain Everything Whiteboard onto your iPad set up your account using your Swarthmore email address. You will be automatically enrolled under our subscription license. You can also access your Explain Everything Drive account via drive.explaineverything.com. Log in via Google using your Swarthmore email address.
