If you do not have a smart phone or are not able to install the Duo Mobile app, you can request a YubiKey or Hardware Token from ITS. A hardware token (passcode generator or digipass token) is a small device that generates a 6-digit one-time use passcode when you push the button on the device. Hardware tokens need to be registered to you by the Help Desk. For authentication, choose the “Hardware token” option. Once you enter the passcode, click the "log in" button and you will be given access to your account.

NOTE:  in Duo, a "Passcode" is numerical and is NOT the same as your password.
