10.1 Access the PhotoShelter Digital Image Library
You do not need to source your own photos. Swarthmore's PhotoShelter digital image library contains thousands of photos that may be used on College websites.
If you have questions about PhotoShelter, contact web-update@swarthmore.edu.
- Go to swarthmore.photoshelter.com.
- Click Login in the upper-right corner.
- Select College Login.
- Sign in using your Swarthmore network credentials.
- Click Galleries in the upper-left corner.
- Select Invited Galleries, then choose Swarthmore College.
- Browse the folders or use the search feature to locate photos.
10.2 Request a Photoshoot
If you need new photography for your website, you may request a photoshoot through the Communications Office. This service is intended for faculty and staff.
Please submit requests at least one week in advance and allow 3–5 business days for photo processing.
