Description

Phase 1 of Workday is a self-service portal for information and tasks related to Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Student Employment. The system is open to Faculty, Staff, and Student Workers. The Student Phase of the project is currently underway and will bring functionality from Student Information Systems (SIS) into Workday. For more information about the project, you can visit the Workday Project site (login required).

Accessing Workday

VPN is not required to access Workday from off campus.

Logging in to Workday

  1. Go to workday.swarthmore.edu.
  2. Enter your full Swarthmore email address and click “Next”.
  3. Enter your Swarthmore password and click “Next”.
  4. Authenticate with DUO. If you have already done so on your device recently, the system may skip this step.
  5. You may be asked if you want the system to remember your browser or device. Only do so if the device you are using is yours or assigned to you. If other people use the same device, do not have the system remember it.
  6. You should now be logged in!
