ITS adapted a number of classrooms as Remote Teaching Studios, based on a design from Johns Hopkins University. We're now calling them Teaching Studios for use in recording lectures, flipped classroom materials, for giving remote talks and for occasions which require remote teaching. These spaces allow for more dynamic remote teaching and the creation of better recorded lectures and teaching materials by providing a teaching space with studio lighting, cameras, whiteboards, a teaching computer, multiple monitors, and other associated technology.
Teaching Studio is set up in Martin 210. With notice, ITS can add capacity if demand requires.
