What are the AODocs extensions?
The AODocs Smartbar is an extension that allows users who have edit access to a centrally managed group folder to more easily manage the files and subfolders as needed. You will not be able to remove files from these kinds of folders unless you are using Chrome with the Smartbar extension installed. The AODocs Universal File Opener (UFO) allows you to launch any non-Google file in whichever application is needed, make any edits, and then save the edited file directly back to Drive without making separate versions or copies and without downloading any files to your desktop first. UFO can be used on any non-Google file you have edit access to, whether it is in a centrally managed folder or not.
